The Bitrix24 pipeline cards are more than a simple tool for managing customer relations. They serve as a centralized hub that brings together all the different components of your CRM. Properly configuring the useful elements of these cards can streamline your sales process, improve customer interactions, and help you stay on top of your customer data.

Pipeline Cards

A Pipeline Card is an object in Bitrix24. Cards are available in Kanban views, which can be found in Leads, Deals, Smart Process Automation, and Tasks and Projects.

Card Status

Pipeline Cards Drag and Drop to change status.

Profile View

A Profile View is available when a card is opened.

Sections

Sections are located in the left column of a Profile View. Sections can be Added, Edited, and Deleted to create custom Profile Views.

Fields

Fields can be Configured, added to Sections and organized.

Custom Fields can be created in Sections.

Fields can be moved by grabbing a grip and dragging and dropping.

Fields can be set to Hidden, Show Always, or Configure.

Configuration Options. Fields can be customized.

Required can be set for specific fields based on Stage.

Create Custom Views and choose users with access permissions.

Select Custom Views from gear icon.

Planning Options

Planning options are Activity, Comment, Tasks, Slots, SMS, Email, Zoom and Visit.

Logging is automatic and creates a log of all Activities performed.

Documents

Documents can be generated from Templates for various needs.

Quotes and Invoices can be printing directly from the Profile View.

Contact

Leads can be converted to Deals, Contacts, Company and various combinations of each.
